Privacy Policy

Apricode Web Lab respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or send us a project enquiry, why we use it and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, preferred contact details, selected service, approximate budget, desired timeline and the message you choose to provide. For proactive business-to-business outreach, we may also use professional contact details, role and company information obtained from company websites, professional directories and other publicly available business sources. Our systems may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and request logs for security, abuse prevention and reliable operation.

Analytics and cookies

We use essential cookies required for sessions, security and form protection. We also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. Google may process device, browser, approximate location and interaction data under its own privacy terms. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings or use Google's available opt-out tools.

How we use information

We use information to answer enquiries, prepare estimates, provide requested services, protect the website, diagnose problems, understand website performance and meet legal obligations. We may contact relevant representatives of organisations about a specific business opportunity where we have assessed that our legitimate interests in developing business relationships do not override the individual's rights and where the applicable direct-marketing rules allow it. We do not use tracking pixels or request read receipts in these messages, and we do not sell personal information.

Sharing and international processing

Information may be processed in Armenia and by hosting, email, analytics and other service providers only where needed to operate the website, communicate with you or manage business outreach. Some providers may process data outside your country. We require service providers to handle information for the relevant service and subject to appropriate contractual and legal safeguards.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, ongoing business communication, security and legal requirements. Outreach records are reviewed for continued relevance; when you object, we retain the minimum suppression record needed to ensure that we do not contact you again. We apply reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to provide, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to certain processing, where applicable law provides those rights. You may object to business outreach at any time by replying to the message or contacting support@apricode.am; we will stop such messages promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, services or legal obligations change. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
