Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to the Apricode Web Lab website. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Website information
The website presents Apricode's services, selected work and general information. Content is provided for information and may be updated without notice. We aim to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that every item is complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose.
Enquiries and estimates
Sending a contact form or receiving an initial estimate does not create a binding service agreement. Project scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timing, price, payment terms, intellectual property and support are agreed separately in a written proposal or contract accepted by both parties.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person or use automated means in a way that disrupts the service.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Apricode owns or is authorised to use the website's design, code, copy and brand materials. Client names and project materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce substantial parts of this website for commercial use without permission.
Third-party websites
Links to client projects, social networks and other third-party websites are provided for convenience. Apricode does not control their availability, security, content or privacy practices.
Availability and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Apricode is not liable for indirect losses arising solely from use of, or inability to access, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Separate client agreements may specify their own governing law and dispute process.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the website or our practices change. Questions can be sent to support@apricode.am.
